This operation safety notice describes the safe operation of the machine, including installation, commissioning and maintenance. Although machines are manufactured to work safely and reliably, it is still very difficult to foresee all combinations of situations that may lead to accidents. The following are our recommended instructions for safe operation of the machine. 1.1 avoid using the machine in a dangerous environment. Do not expose the machine to rain and use the machine in a humid environment. This machine cannot be used on sloped or uneven ground. Keep the work area well lit. Give enough space to operate the machine correctly.
The motor/drive is 1.2 equipped with a ground connection to protect the operator from electric shock. Make sure that the motor/drive must be connected to an internally grounded power supply.
1.3 cut off the power before using the machine. Only authorized personnel should attempt to maintain the machine. Always cut off the power supply before servicing or adjusting the machine.

1.8, when performing slotting work, keep hands and tools away from the pressure wheel and knurling wheel. Pressure wheels and knurling wheels may crush hands and fingers.
When the 1.9 machine is running, do not put your hand into the end of the pipe. The end of the tube may have sharp edges that can cut gloves, hands, and shirt cuffs. No part of the body is allowed to sit on the moving parts while the machine is running.
1.10 do not take items beyond a safe distance. Keep your feet strong and your body postures balanced at all times.
1.11 This machine is applicable to the pipe size, material and wall thickness specified in the product nameplate.
1.12 check the equipment. Before using the machine, check all moving parts for obstructions. Ensure correct installation and adjustment of machine components.
1.13 stay alert. Do not operate the machine if you are drowsy due to medication or fatigue.
1.14 ensure that visitors and trainers are far away from the first work site. All visitors must always be at a safe distance.
1.15 keep the work area clean. Ensure that the work area around the machine is free of any obstructions that may restrict operation. Remove any oil and other spilled fluids.
1.16 ensure the safety of pipes, machines and accessories. Ensure that the machine is firmly installed and install pipe supports to provide support for the pipe.
1.17 don't overuse the machine. Do not allow the machine or its accessories to do anything beyond the scope of its function.
