Correct operation mode
1. Boot preparation
The machine connected to the corresponding working power supply, start idle, check the rotation of the machine.
2. Install upper and lower wheels
Install the appropriate knurl wheel and puck.
3. Place the bracket
To place the workpiece, first place one end of the pipe to be pressed on the knurling wheel and the other end on the bracket, and place the bracket at 3/4 of the total length of the pipe. Turn the handle of the bracket to adjust the level of both ends of the pipe or the lower end of the bracket by 1-2 degrees. Start the machine to observe whether there is running pipe phenomenon. If there is running pipe, move the left and right positions of the bracket until the pipe fitting does not run pipe.
4. Groove pressing operation
Tighten the pressure relief valve of the oil pump, shake the handle of the oil pump to make the pressure wheel move downward. When the pressure wheel touches the steel pipe, start the machine, and then slowly shake the handle of the oil pump to make the pressure wheel gradually press into the steel pipe. Before the pressure wheel touches the steel pipe, you can quickly shake the oil pump handle to save time. After the pressure wheel is attached to the steel pipe, it cannot be fed quickly. It is recommended that the pipe be rotated once and fed once.
5. Measuring groove depth
Loosen the pressure relief valve, remove the steel pipe, and measure whether the groove depth is standard with a groove ruler.
