1. Before using the machine, you must refer to the instruction manual in detail and be familiar with the structure, hydraulic system, transmission system and lubrication system of the machine.
2. Before start the machine, add oil everywhere according to the instructions and check whether the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil cylinder is full (use 20# hydraulic oil in summer and 10# hydraulic oil in winter).
3. There must be a ground wire and correct technical safety insurance in the power supply line. The voltage and frequency on the motor should be consistent with the power supply, and the machine should not be overloaded.
4. Before the steel pipe is grooved, the end face of the pipe must be smooth, otherwise the pipe will run when the pipe is grooved.
5. Press the grease nipple at the front end of the axle and add oil once per shift. Wipe off the dust near the orifice before refueling.
6. When the processing of large pipe shaking, if necessary, on the ground with foot screws, the machine will be fixed four feet and bracket.
